If you are paying with a credit or debit card, we ask that you make payment prior to the site visit. These payments can be made online across this website or over the phone. If you are paying with a check, money order or cash, payment will be collected during the site visit when the appraiser arrives at the property. Cancellation Policy We understand needing to cancel an appraisal - things happen. However, appraisal orders do require administrative overhead and time so we ask that if you need to cancel an appraisal, please let us know as soon as possible. For cancellations that occur 2 hours prior to the site visit, there will be no fee. Missed appointments without written notification will incur additional trip fees of (10% of appraisal fee) to cover the appraiser's time and travel costs. There are no cancellations after the appraiser has completed the site visit. Refund Policy An appraisal is an appraiser’s opinion of value based upon his or her research. All our appraisers are certified by the state of Texas and have a minimum of 15 years experience performing real estate appraisals.
